A nice size and fairly clean hotel, location was unbeatable close to San Zaccaria vaporetto station, the port and the Gondola. The employees were very cordial and perfect and offered helpful services. Had terrific and perfect room, it included satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had exceptional views. The breakfast was the best, the check in was early. Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really convenient.

Nice facility and great location. Excellent water transportation connections for both the train station and the airport.
A little pricey for what you get. 15 to 20% less expensive would be reasonable.

Beautiful hotel right near San Marco Piazza. Walking distance to everything and right next to a ferry stop which takes you directly to all the islands and grand canal. Breakfast was great. Hotel is locked 24/7 and you get buzzed in, very safe.
Wifi internet only worked in the hallway and not in our room. Little bit hard to find like everything in Venice. Make your way to San Marco Square, turn left along the water and cross 2 bridges. First alleyway on the left after the second bridge.

We had lost the directions and called the hotel reception who described where to go. We could not find it from his description to called back and he kindly came out to meet us and escort us back. The location is absolutely perfect and the staff friendly. As Venice is fairly expensive on accommodation, we would rate this very highly!! Very comfortable stay. The shower was extremely small, but did have an array of jets. Reasonable Euro breakfast. Thanks!

Clean, good breakfast, and 5 mins walking distance to St. Mark's square.Very close to the Vaporetto stop S. Zacaria/Jolanda,however, not all the vaporettos coming from the train station stop there, but yes to the previous one( they are very close to each other),but if you have big luggage, you have to cross a bridge, and it's kind of a hassle. The little street the hotel is on gets flooded in the evening and night, so you'll have to go around, pass the little plaza with the Church, continue around to your left and then again to your left, you'll see a restaurant with sitting outside, continue in to that little super tiny "street"(Corte Nouva?) and it may seen there is no way to continue, but it is, turn right and the hotel is the your left.
Their personnel (receptionists) seemed kind of grumpy and almost upset because you asked questions or asking for your room key, etc.
